Info on convocation payments

Payment for the Convocation Ceremony is as follows:

  • Convocation Ceremony
  • Undergraduate RM300
  • MSc and PhD RM350

There is 1 type of method to make convocation payment only:

  1. Internet Banking

IMPORTANT:

  1. Please take note that we DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENT made through CASH DEPOSIT MACHINE (CDM) or INTERBANK FUND TRANSFER VIA ATMS.
  2. It is advisable to make payment as early as possible because it takes 3 working days for confirmation of payment.
  3. Please ensure that you enter your Student ID/NRIC Number (reference 1) and CONVO19 (reference 2) during your online banking transaction for Convocation Attendance payment.
  4. Please ensure that you make payment to the correct account and upload your proof of payment in the Convocation Attendance System from 17 August - 29 October 2019.

There are 3 types of methods to make outstanding payment only:

  1. JomPAY
  2. Payment over Bank Counter for online transfer from Overseas
  3. Payment over Finance Counter


  4. Payment for Outstanding Fees ONLY will be as the following methods:
